Designing
a bespoke CRM.

Development agency SINEO commissioned me to design a CRM for its client TECH-O. I created high-fidelity desktop and mobile layouts and an interactive Figma prototype. The brief covered job tracking, documents and administration. The desktop screens provide an overview for office work; the mobile screens focus on the information needed during field operations.

INTERFACE / DESKTOP & MOBILE

At the desk
and on the move.

On desktop, the dashboard provides an overview of jobs, tasks and documents to process. Dedicated quotation, invoicing and reporting screens organise the administrative workflow. On mobile, the journeys focus on information needed on the move: the calendar, today’s jobs, contact details and case information. A shared navigation logic connects the two contexts.
