Data collected
The contact form collects your first and last name, email address, area of interest, message and, if provided, company or project name. This information is used to process your enquiry. You can also contact Aeruk directly by email or phone.
Enquiries are stored with their submission date and your consent to processing. A temporary hash of the IP address is used to limit abusive submissions; it is not associated with the stored message. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 may measure visits, page views and technical browser and device characteristics. This website does not send form field contents to Google Analytics.
Hosting providers may also process connection information, including IP addresses, dates and requests, to deliver pages, maintain availability and prevent abuse.
Purposes & legal basis
Information you submit is used to respond to messages, manage correspondence and follow up on project enquiries.
This processing relies on the publisher’s legitimate interests in answering enquiries and securing the website, and on consent where required. Analytics relies on your consent and helps understand visits and improve website content.
Retention periods
Contact messages are kept for 12 months after the last exchange. Information relating to a quote or contract may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Cookie durations are detailed below. In Google Analytics, event data is retained for 2 months and data associated with a browser identifier for 14 months. The latter period resets when new activity is measured with your consent. Aggregate reports may be retained for longer. You can contact the publisher to request erasure of data relating to you.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to the publisher and, where necessary, the technical providers required to operate the website. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Vercel hosts the website and its media. Neon hosts the database, including contact form enquiries. IONOS provides the email service used to receive and answer enquiries. Cloudflare manages the domain’s DNS.
The database and media storage are configured in Frankfurt, Germany. Some technical processing and content delivery may nevertheless take place outside the European Union. Applicable arrangements and safeguards are described by Vercel, Neon and Cloudflare.
If you accept analytics, Google also receives browsing data and a browser identifier generated by its cookies. Google may process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled in this website’s integration.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the conditions in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR.
To exercise them, email doomin@aerukart.com or write to the registered office listed in the Legal notice tab.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies & tracking
An essential cookie remembers your choices. Google Analytics 4 cookies are optional: the analytics script is blocked until you accept them. No advertising cookies are used.
You can reopen the panel at any time using the Cookies button at the bottom of the screen or in the footer. Uncheck “Analytics” and click “Save” to withdraw consent. Tracking stops and this integration’s analytics cookies are deleted. The page may reload to apply the change. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already sent to Google or affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. “Clear my saved choice” also stops tracking and removes the preference cookie; the panel will reappear on the next load. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, which may cause the panel to reappear.
