THE PROJECT / UX/UI DESIGN

A working tool,
designed for the field.

Commissioned by development agency SINEO for its client TECH-O, I designed high-fidelity layouts and an advanced Figma prototype for a bespoke CRM. The brief was to bring information, job tracking and administration together in an interface suited to both field and office work. The UX/UI design aimed to support internal processes through clear desktop and mobile journeys.

INTERFACE / DESKTOP & MOBILE

From fieldwork
to the bigger picture.

On desktop, the dashboard provides an overview of jobs, tasks and documents to process. Dedicated quotation, invoicing and reporting screens organise the administrative workflow. On mobile, the journeys focus on information needed on the move: the calendar, today’s jobs, contact details and case information. A shared navigation logic connects the two contexts.
